Terms & Condition

Terms for using the TrevaSoft website and engaging with our IT services and software consulting.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. Website use

Use this website lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious content or misuse enquiry and application forms. Information on the website is provided to describe our services and help you contact us.

2. Proposals and service agreements

An enquiry or website description does not create a service contract. Work begins following agreement on scope, deliverables, pricing, payment schedule and relevant responsibilities. An accepted written proposal or service agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence over these general website terms if there is a conflict.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, necessary access and materials they are authorized to use. Changes to requirements, dependencies or approval timelines may affect delivery dates and fees and should be agreed in writing.

4. Fees and payments

Fees, applicable taxes, invoicing milestones and payment due dates are specified in the accepted proposal or agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires a separate approval. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund – Cancellation Policy and the specific engagement terms.

5. Intellectual property

TrevaSoft’s website content, branding and original materials may not be copied or redistributed without permission, except where permitted by applicable law. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, pre-existing tools and third-party components are defined in the applicable service agreement. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences.

6. Confidentiality

The handling of confidential project information is governed by the relevant agreement or non-disclosure agreement. Avoid submitting highly confidential material through general enquiry forms before appropriate arrangements are in place.

7. Third-party services and availability

External platforms, cloud services and software integrations have their own terms and availability. We aim to keep website information accurate and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every description remains current. Confirm project-specific commitments in writing.

8. Liability and disputes

Project warranties, remedies and any limitation of liability must be set out in the service agreement and remain subject to applicable law. These website terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact TrevaSoft first to discuss concerns; unresolved matters are handled under the applicable agreement and law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when our website or services change. Updates apply to subsequent website use; they do not automatically alter an existing signed service agreement.
